ACCOMODATION PRICES

   The high season is July and August (from 25/06 to 05/09) and during Christmas and Easter holiday season.  The low season corresponds to the rest of the year. On the day they are leaving, tenants are requested to leave the cottage at noon. One night is from noon to noon.

Accomodation capacity : it is normally   8 persons. It is however possible to add one 5th double bed (140 cm) in one of the 4 rooms. In this case, if the number of tenants passes to 9 or 10, the rent is 32€ / night (224 € / week) in low season and  40 € / night (280€ / week) in high season. See "Beds" in "Description of bungalow".

The rental includes water, electricity, kitchen gas and local calls in Mahajanga only

The washing powder for the washing machine is payable by the tenants.

The rental also includes the help of  a “guard”. 

It is possible to resort to the services of a cook and/or a cleaning lady. These services are the responsibility of the tenant who will negotiate itself with the personnel of his choice the working conditions (time, tariffs...). Of the personnel could be proposed to you on the spot.

  Modes of payment:  to confirm a reservation, it is advisable to pour an advance of 20 %, in euros or ariary, either by cheque, or by credit  transfer. The balance is regulated at the time of the handing-over of the keys in the case of a hiring of short stay (one week). If it acts of a  hiring of several weeks, it is asked that the half of the amount of the hiring is versed at the time of the handing-over of the keys and that the  balance is versed at the latest before the last week of the stay. 

  Rent a car :it is also possible to rent a car with driver, at an advantageous price compared to the offer of the local market: either Suzuki  Vitara (year 1992), or Mitsubishi L200- doubles cabin (year 2005), or even a Yamaha scooter. For more information to click here.
